Lead Carpenter wanted for residential remodeler in the West End of Henrico VA. A residential lead carpenter for a kitchen and bathroom remodeling company must have the skill set, knowledge, and willingness to do a variety of tasks. At a minimum the lead carpenter needs to be able to do demolition, framing, interior and exterior trim, window installation, insulation, basic drywall, basic electrical, basic plumbing, cabinet installation, and painting. Additional skills not required but always welcome include more advanced knowledge of electrical, plumbing, hvac, drywall, floor installation, and tile installation would be awesome. Lead Carpenter reports back to Project Manager. Project Manager leads the job with the help of lead carpenter. There is advancement opportunities for a lead carpenter to grow into a Project Management role.
