Summary/Objective The Commercial Landscape Construction Laborer with irrigation  experience will install, modify, and inspect commercial irrigation systems. This is a hands-on position requiring strong expertise skills in daily tasks such as evaluating how many heads are required in a lateral line, correct fittings based on PSI. The Irrigation Pipefitter will be responsible for completing work assignments as directed by the Foreman and reading irrigation plans for proper installations. Handles all aspects of leasing activities such as process of Annual Recertifications, and any change reports between the next recertification Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and property maintenance requests using software. Implement conflict management strategies to address tenant concerns and resolve disputes amicably. Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure they meet safety and maintenance standards. Collaborate with maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and upkeep of facilities.
