Addresses are automatically assigned by zip code to an inspector via our online system. The inspector is responsible to log on to the system, route the work to be completed and submit the work back utilizing our friendly mobile app by the due date. The required photos on every order at minimum is Street Sign, Neighborhood, Front of House, Address, and evidence picture of Occupancy (such as kids toys, vehicle, decorations).
