We're looking for a full-time Automotive Alignment Technicians to join Team Mavis at one of our state-of-the-art automotive service, repair and tire sales centers in the Winchester, VA area. About the Position of Automotive Alignment Technician Automotive Alignment technicians use the latest equipment to align newly-mounted tires and wheels on customer's vehicles. By measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, our Automotive Alignment Technicians reduce customer's tire wear and ensure serviced vehicles travel straight and true. Mavis's Alignment Technicians also complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs, and perform any other required automotive service or vehicle repairs to customer vehicles. In addition, it is preferred that Alignment Technicians possess a state inspection license. As an active position, Automotive Alignment Technicians are required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, climb, pull, reach and perform repeated and repetitive movements consistent with vehicle and tire maintenance and repair. Winter: Some shoveling and a lot of Atv snow plowing, also salting of sidewalks. A drivers license is helpful if we need a back up plow truck driver, will train. Not necessary. Rides to and from job sights if needed, if you are in the city of Wayne or in Canton tws. Persons can not be on the Michigan sex offenders list. We are on private school grounds and homes this fall. Paid on your experience. $15 to $17 for fall $17 to $22 winter depending on the job you are preforming that snow day. Winter there is a bi-weekly salary paid as well.
