About the Role: At Chula, we serve high-quality seafood in a counter-style, quick-service format. Guests order from the menu or fresh case, grab a seat, and we bring the magic. As a Lead Fish-Tender, you’ll do it all—ring in orders, run food, pack fish, provide excellent service—and help guide the shift by supporting FOH flow, maintaining service standards, and being a go-to leader for your team. This is a great role for someone who’s been in the game and is hungry to grow, ready to take the next step into leadership.
