Hello! I am currently a student at SUNY Plattsburgh looking to sublet my lease. I live in an apartment with 4 bedrooms, but only 2 other occupants (both female). The apartment has 2 bathrooms, a living room area, and a kitchen which includes a dishwasher. The laundry room is located on the second floor. Parking is available in the back lot right behind the building. My roommate has a female cat who’s very friendly. She is the only pet in the apartment. If you’d like to know more, please contact me.
