We are seeking to identify a freight dispatcher who is a team player. Position Needs: Dispatching experience for local and over the road trucking desired, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong work ethic. Able to multitask and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment. Detail oriented. Dependable. Ability to efficiently schedule pick up and deliveries. Highly able to effectively communicate with drivers, customers, brokers, and co-workers. Strong desire and ability to function as part of a smoothly operating team. Ability to find available freight using logistics tools. Occasionally pitch in when needed to handle warehouse tasks. Ambition to build a professional career in the field of freight logistics; an individual who can take on greater responsibilities with greater rewards over time.
