This is a OTR/Regional position Will be hauling Prill/Emulsion from Cheyenne to Wyoming, Colorado, Montana, South Dakota. Most loads load on Monday morning and go back and forth to delivery points back to same load point all week last load will deliver Friday . Drivers make $1200 to $1800 plus per wk depending how many loads driver can get delivered and how many loads are givin . Pay is 1099 and is direct deposited on Friday mornings. Good equipment trailer is either a hopper bottom or tanker depending on the loads . MUST HAVE 2 YRS VERIFIABLE HISTORY. This is a trucking job need a driver that can and will make sure they keep the truck running and in shape must have knowledge of how to check air add air, check oil add oil etc. Must have basic tools. Not looking for a steering wheel holder but a DRIVER.

Ensure jobsites are safe, organized, and spotless at the end of each day. Train helpers and delegate tasks to maximize efficiency. Provide daily client updates on progress and next steps. Maintain equipment and supplies (brushes, sprayers, ladders) in good condition. Ensure the team has supplies needed at all times — designate a helper for runs or go themselves if necessary. Resolve problems on site or escalate quickly to avoid downtime. Hold crew accountable for productivity and quality standards. Complete jobs on schedule and to company expectations. Requirements 5+ years painting experience (residential interiors/exteriors). Prior foreman or crew leader experience strongly preferred. Must be willing to carry ladders, power wash, spray, and do what it takes. Must know how to use and maintain sprayers (airless required; HVLP a plus). Must be comfortable with smartphones, apps, and reporting software. Driver’s license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/scaffolding when needed.
