ProArch is looking for a dedicated SQA Manual Tester to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products by executing manual testing processes. You will work collaboratively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify defects and ensure our applications are user-friendly and functionally robust. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on system requirements and specifications. Identify, document, and track defects to ensure timely resolution. Conduct various types of testing, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing. Perform exploratory testing to identify potential issues and improve product usability. Communicate test results, issues, and progress to team members and stakeholders effectively. Participate in requirement reviews and contribute to product development discussions. Maintain detailed and accurate test documentation and reports. Requirements Strong working experience in Manual Testing on windows, Mobile and Web applications. Having knowledge on Automation is an advantage. Should have very good knowledge on SQL. Should be aware of database testing & Linux fundamentals. Exposure to web services (SoapUI, REST etc). Should be familiar with all the major stages of SDLC, STLC and Bug Life Cycle. Should be aware of doing the Requirement Analysis. Work experience / knowledge in testing the client service-oriented architectures is must. Should be capable of interacting/communicating with the client. Good in both oral & written skills.

Desktop Support Technician level I/II (temporary) needed for approximately 4 – 8 weeks. The work is to begin on or around September 29, 2025, and would include visiting various sites for our client, in and around the greater Sacramento, CA area. Mileage will be reimbursed at the federal rate. We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician on a temporary basis (for approximately 4 – 8 weeks) to complete Windows 11 upgrades and perform reimaging on laptops and desktops. This would include setting up users and some end user training as needed as well as possibly replacing hard drives. The hours would primarily be Monday – Friday 8:00 to 5:00 but might require afterhours work but would be rare if any. The candidates selected must have pervious Desktop Support experience in a business environment including: upgrading desktops and laptops to Windows 11, reimaging and end user training. This is an onsite position, and the person selected MUST have reliable personal transportation, be punctual and dependable with excellent professional customer service skills. They must also have a clean state and federal background check. This temporary position (for approximately 4 - 8 weeks) would begin on or about September 29, 2025. Proven experience as a Cybersecurity Analyst, Security Engineer, or similar role. Certified A+ or Networking+ required. Strong understanding of security frameworks and standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls. Hands-on experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and vulnerability management tools. Knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience with incident response, forensic investigation, and threat intelligence. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented, analytical, and equipped with robust problem-solving skills. Familiarity with SOX, PCI-DSS, and other regulatory compliance requirements. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, or GIAC) strongly preferred. Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) is a plus. Familiarity with SDLC and secure coding practices, preferred.
