Job Description As a member of the install team, you will work closely with our lead installer to complete the on-site installation of custom cabinetry, doors, countertops, paneling, and various architectural millwork elements. Occasionally, you may assist in our woodshop, helping to build and assemble cabinetry, furniture, and other custom pieces. Key Responsibilities Assist lead installer with on-site installation of custom millwork and cabinetry Follow detailed instructions and project timelines Ensure installations meet our high standards of craftsmanship and accuracy Read and interpret shop drawings Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area Occasionally assist in the woodshop with fabrication and assembly tasks Travel to job sites throughout Philadelphia and surrounding counties Qualifications General understanding of shop drawings and installation procedures Ability to follow precise instructions and pay close attention to detail Strong math skills and ability to read a tape measure accurately Effective communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Professional appearance and attitude Physically able to stand for 8+ hours/day and lift up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits Competitive hourly pay ($25.00 – $30.00, based on experience) Health insurance Paid time off Opportunities for overtime and career growth If you're a detail-oriented, hardworking individual with a passion for craftsmanship and a desire to grow with a reputable company, we'd love to hear from you.
