OVERVIEW The Site Superintendent/Site Safety/Quality Control is a key team member and will be the company's representative on construction sites. This person will have the responsibility and authority to manage the daily coordination and direction of a project. The Site Superintendent will ensure everything remains safe, within budget, on schedule, and meets the company's quality standards and client's expectations. COMPENSATION / BENEFITS SUMMARY Salary Up to $85,000.00 Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Benefits Paid in Full 401K Retirement with a Company Match Up to 5% PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES Install Metal Framing Review the plan with the Project Manager and ensure that the daily and weekly activities are consistent with that plan Work with the Project Manager as part of a complementary team Manage complex projects that require critical phasing Respond to general inquiries and/or complaints from clients Manage multiple subcontractors Meet with potential subcontractors to get pricing KEY COMPETENCIES Construction concepts and techniques including project control, planning, resource management, risk management, and quality assurance Outstanding attention to detail and time management Quality and precision focused Excellent customer service skills Highly organized A proactive approach to problem-solving Able to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to thrive in an environment of continuous change and growth REQUIREMENTS 5 years of construction experience OSHA or CQM training A valid driver's license Willingness to travel Able to pass a background check PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Able to stand, walk, and/or kneel for prolonged periods of time Able to perform construction tasks If this position caught your eye, we want to talk to you!
