Oversee all stages of painting projects, including surface and prep application, and finishing. Inspect work regularly to ensure quality standards and specifications are met. Maintain a safe and organized job site in compliance with company guidelines. Communicate effectively with project managers contractors and clients. Monitor and manage material, tools, equipment usage. Keep accurate records of Labor hours, materials, and project progress. Expertise in painting tools, equipment, and application methods. Strong problem solving, organizational and communication skills.
