The helper role will assist the lead installation tech with the following tasks: The typical job involves the demolition of a current tub or shower base and tile walls, followed by installation of new tub and shower base, acrylic wall panels, and installing new trim. Other jobs require extended services such as installation of tile or vinyl flooring, installing vanity cabinets, faucets, mirrors, lighting, wainscoting, and re-setting toilets. Traits: The successful candidate will desire learning and developing their skills to grow into a lead installer position in the future. Will also have the following traits: MUST KNOW HOW TO READ A TAPE MEASURE. Ability to focus on quality, including cutting in straight lines, paying attention to the small details of remodeling jobs, and making clients satisfied Clean cut, neat, & dress appropriately A desire to learn new installation techniques, designed to increase the value of our remodels to clients, and increase our efficiency Assist multiple installers Know how to cut drywall, OSB, 2x4's and use multiple kinds of power tools. Assist with receiving and stocking in the warehouse Construction experience is required 2 years minimum Re-Bath will conduct background checks on all final candidates. The Intermodal Chassis Mechanic will perform mechanical repairs and inspections in a shop type environment. The employee will perform all types of chassis repairs including brake jobs, welding, cutting with a torch and repairing and replacing parts on the chassis using standard repair tools. Some minor container repairs, patches, door latches and hinges type of work. Repairs will be conducted based on estimates written by an M&R Supervisor and based off of roadability issues.
