PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS: *Open/close the office. *Answer incoming calls and guide patients to the appropriate care. *Scheduling and confirming next-day appointments. *Maintain patient files, insurance information, payments received. *Greets and assists/directs clients who come to the practice. *Prepares, pulls and patient charts on a daily basis. *HIPAA compliant records archiving/filing. Position Purpose: Responsible for driving student workers to and from their Corporate Work Study Program (CWS) jobs. Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensure the vans have gas and are properly maintained. Drive 8 to 10 students on a scheduled route throughout Portland, Beaverton, and Vancouver to and from their job assignments. Buses provided Drive approximately 2 hours in the morning from 8:00 am to 10:00 am and approximately 2 hours in the afternoon from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm, as needed (5 days/week, approximately 4-5 hours per day). Ability to work independently and efficiently without direct supervision. License to drive (if over 21) and ability to drive Club vans a plus. Consistent work schedules preferred. One year of experience preferred but NOT required.
