Position Summary We’re seeking a hands-on Junior Salesforce Developer or CRM Support Engineer to join our team and support the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of our Salesforce platform. This is an onsite role based in Henderson, NV. You’ll work closely with senior developers and cross-functional stakeholders to support the day-to-day needs of our CRM users, assist with system configuration, write Apex triggers and Java code where needed, and help integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems. This role is ideal for someone with Java or object-oriented programming experience who has some hands-on Salesforce development exposure and is looking to grow into a Salesforce-focused career path. What You’ll Do Assist with basic Salesforce development tasks including custom objects, fields, Flows, and validation rules. Support integrations between Salesforce and internal/external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Collaborate with senior developers on Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Write clean, maintainable code in Apex and/or Java for backend support tasks. Respond to user support requests and help troubleshoot system issues. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Document processes, configurations, and code changes in Confluence or similar tools. Support data quality, reporting, and simple automation workflows across the CRM platform. What You Bring 1–3 years of hands-on development experience in Salesforce or Java (or a mix of both). Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce Flows is a plus. Basic understanding of REST APIs and integration best practices. Experience with source control (Git) and CI/CD tools like Copado or Gearset is a bonus. Willingness to learn Salesforce best practices and grow within the platform. Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset. Salesforce Admin or Developer certification is a plus, not required. Bonus Points For Experience working in a manufacturing or regulated environment. Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud. Prior experience with data migration or ETL tools like Data Loader or Workbench.
