Position Overview We are looking for a Customer Service & Admissions Representative who can handle customer inquiries, guide prospective students through program options, and close admissions opportunities. This role blends customer care with consultative sales—listening to needs, providing accurate information, and ensuring each interaction reflects the professionalism of McAfee Institute. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and accuracy. Guide prospective students through certification program options, admissions requirements, and enrollment processes. Handle inbound sales inquiries and follow up with warm leads to support conversions. Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in CRM systems. Assist current students with account, portal, or program-related questions. Collaborate with the admissions and sales team to hit enrollment targets. Ensure every interaction reflects empathy, professionalism, and clear communication. Required Qualifications 2+ years in customer service, admissions, or sales (education or training industry preferred). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfort with handling phone, email, and chat inquiries daily. Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks at once without losing detail. Experience with CRM or admissions platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience in higher education, training, or certification programs. Familiarity with law enforcement, military, or intelligence fields. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales or admissions targets.
