Year-round employment/Full Time. Line Cook Work along with our head cook in a fast paced Breakfast Cafe. Our cook will train you if needed. Ability to multi-task, work two stations - read tickets. Prep cook. Neat appearance/Open Kitchen. Room for growth within company - business is growing and you can learn new skills. Future: Baking experience or willing to learn. NO LATE PM RESTAURANT HOURS. Work in the am, ski/ride/bike in the afternoon. 10 minutes to Killington mountain. Year-round employment for the person who is flexible with the seasonal change in business and is willing to help out when needed in associated food service business. You will also be assisting and learning new skills from our chef in that business. We run a very organized clean kitchen. Work with kitchen staff that enjoy making good food and enjoy what they are doing. Weekends and holidays. 40 hours guaranteed. No Late "restaurant" hours.. *Housing Possible* Cafe within walking/bus distance References needed

Essential Duties As a part of the Sunrise team, supporting our Mission, Principles of Service and Core Values is a fundamental part of this job. Take and deliver food orders in a timely manner. Bus and reset tables per company standards. Clean and maintain the dining room and bistro to the highest standards per company guidelines. Complete required side work as assigned. Attend pre-meal meeting to gain knowledge of the meal. Know menu items and can provide general descriptions. Assist residents with menu selections and respond professionally to questions about menu items. Use Sunrise systems per guidelines for order taking and meal delivery to ensure accuracy. Practice safe food handling procedures at all times in accordance with all, federal, state/provincial, and local laws, regulations, and guidance and Sunrise policies and procedures. Comply with national/provincial regulations pertaining to occupational health and safety requirements and Risk Management programs and policies, adhere to safety rules and regulations, and practice safety procedures at all times including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), fire extinguishers, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and Lockout Tagout procedures.
