Kitchen Associate -Prepare pizzas, salads, and shareable menu items to Fieldwork’s quality standards. -Follow recipe specs, portioning, and temperature controls to maintain consistency. -Maintain a clean, organized workspace and uphold health department requirements. -Support prep, restocking, and cleaning tasks as part of the kitchen team. Dishwasher -Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. -Assist with overall kitchen cleanliness and trash management. -Support kitchen staff during peak hours while maintaining sanitation standards. Minimum Qualifications -Must be 21 years or older to serve alcohol (Fieldwork Associate and Manager-on-Duty positions). -Prior hospitality or kitchen experience preferred. -Valid California Food Handler Card (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire). -RBS certification required for alcohol-serving roles. -Ability to stand and move for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation. -Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation and Classification -Fieldwork Associates: $17.87/hr + tips -Manager-on-Duty: $19.87/hr + tips (depending on experience) -Kitchen Associates: $20.00–$23.00/hr + tips (depending on experience) -Dishwashers: $17.87–$20.00/hr + tips All positions are non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay in accordance with California labor laws.
