Looking for an individual to assist with property management. List of responsibilities includes: • Showing apartments, reviewing applications, checking references, and performing background checks. • Preparing Lease agreements and handling renewals. • Managing late payments and potential evictions. • Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues. • Keep insurance policies up to date and related expenses, including taxes. A full time Property Manager opportunity is currently available in the Aurora Area. Responsibilities include, all leasing, customer service, collections, bookkeeping and other administrative duties as well as supervision of on-site staff members. Need pictures of 3 properties (76301, 76354, 76309) taken with iPhone or Android phone with digital results returned to me before twelve noon on September 25, 2025. Some properties will be vacant, others may have people living in them. I am first interested in "is the house still there"? Next, what is condition from the outside, especially the roof? What does each side of the house look like? Occasionally the Google pic from street only shows overgrown trees or shrubs, so walk around, I need to see the house.
