Knutson & Associates Sales & Property Management is looking for an enthusiastic & dependable Property Manager or an Assistant Property Manager focusing on assisting multiple departments. We're hoping to find an individual who will look at this position as an opportunity to one day launch their own career in Real Estate. Someone who is driven and one day wants to succeed in a profession that's always evolving. Compensation will depend on experience. Competitive pay offered. Work Schedule ranges from Monday-Sunday, and will depend on business demands. 5 days a week working, 2 days off. Below you will find a list of general qualifications. Please know that this position will require "on the job training" in various aspects, and the listed requirements below are a general guideline for the ideal candidate but we am opening to hiring the person I feel is the right fit, even if that may require your training to be more in depth. -First and foremost this job may require occasional mobility so reliable means of transportation is a MUST to be considered for the position, and an understanding that the use of your own vehicle will be required to complete some but not all of your job duties. -All applicants must posses an Approachable, progressive, and hands on learning style with optimal organization skills. -Proficient computer literacy skills in various programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Social Media Programs, etc. Applicant should be open to learning property management & sales database software systems. -Capability to communicate proficiently and professionally in various environments including but not limited to Phone etiquette, email correspondence, face to face interactions with persons associated with the real estate profession including my clients, vendors, tenants, & guests staying in Vacation Rental properties. -Assisting with Property Inspections in both Long Term Rentals & Vacation Rentals -Assist in daily tasks both in and out of the office including facilitating maintenance work orders, following up with guests & tenants at various properties and checking in with guests upon their arrival/departure to ensure client satisfaction. -Main responsibilities would be to assist the reservations department with responding to inquiries, processing reservations & payments, advertising long term rental properties, Assist Owner of Company with various projects that requires direct assistance. -Assist Accounting Division such as posting rent checks, reconciling invoices, filing, assisting with Accounts Payable/Receivable. This is a FULL time position with hours ranging Monday-Sunday hours from 9am-5pm. Position will require 40 hours a week. Compensation depends on experience. Owner of company will pay for Real Estate Education to get licensed if applicant is interested and passes probationary period.
