PRESCHOOL DANCE TEACHER - Teacher will come to our Fine Arts Daycare 4 mornings per week from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. Will take students age 2 - 5 to the studio room for dance instruction, groups will rotate every 20 minutes. The teacher is responsible to follow the dance syllabus and offer fun, creative and educational classes in Ballet, Tap and Creative Movement. The Dance Teacher is responsible to work with a team member to create recital dances for each group, and also be available for 2 evening recitals in May to help children on the stage. I am looking for someone dependable who loves working with children and sharing the love of dance with them. These hours are perfect for a college student working around a school schedule or a mom after she drops children off at school. Requirements Candidates must have a dance background and be knowledgeable with French Ballet Terms and Tap combination patterns. I would prefer that candidates have experience teaching dance classes but am also willing to guide an experienced dancer. Preschool Dance Teachers must wear dance clothing and dance shoes. We find that our little ones idolize their dance teachers and we want a teacher that sets a good example for them. We have physical locations here in California and engaged in work in throughout the Western and Southwestern USA. We have a very large website and some small sites that sell or promote items popular to our trade such as; flagstone, landscape boulders, decomposed granite, decorative rock and mulch. Highly regarded structural design & engineering firm is seeking a Project Engineer for their Chattanooga office.  Will oversee entire project cycle from design, development to project completion. Prepare engineering analysis and drawings for projects ranging from general commercial and mixed-use facilities, industrial/manufacturing facilities, schools and higher education facilities and medical facilities. Projects will include new structures, analysis/repair of existing damaged structures, and adaptive re-use of facilities for renovation and new functionality. Will include site travel and client relationship management.     Responsibilities   Prepare engineering analysis of projects from preliminary design to final drawings and calculations Oversee and provide guidance of drafting of plans to represent design. Coordinate information from outside design teams and contractors. Review plans for compliance with adopted engineering standards and good engineering practices Work with comments from supervisors and incorporate into future projects to develop skills to lead future projects Work within established time periods and deadlines Handle multiple projects simultaneously Familiarize self with and select appropriate standard details for projects Markup, Layout, and Redline standard details for simple projects Work in groups with engineers from various offices.
