Are you experienced in roofing and tired of replacing roofs, carrying bundles of shingles up roofs etc. This may be a great fit for you. About Us We are Virginia’s largest Roof Maxx dealer. We’re winners, and we build winning teams. If you can work independently, lead with one helper, and sometimes assist on roof-cleaning jobs, you’ll thrive here. The Role This is a flexible role: you’ll be leading Roof Maxx spray jobs most days (solo or with one helper) and at times assisting our subcontractor on roof-cleaning work. Occasionally support roof-cleaning jobs with our subcontractor. Complete light shingle repairs when needed. Direct workflow and enforce safety on spray jobs. Maintain equipment, trailer, and daily readiness. Communicate with customers before, during, and after jobs. Work Saturdays as needed. Always remember: we all serve the same boss — the homeowner. Compensation Competitive hourly base (same rate for spraying or cleaning support). Production bonus per Roof Maxx spray job. Commission on any additional work sold during jobs. After probation, if you have ALL the must-haves, you WILL rewarded. Winners get rewarded—are you ready to win? Culture Positive, team-first culture.
