I run a software company that develops software for an open-source project called OpenEMR, an application that runs medical clinics, hospitals, and other medical organizations. I am looking for a part-time 20 hours per month junior developer to assist me and my company with completing tasks for OpenEMR. As time progresses this has the ability to turn into more hours. You would be a 1099 contractor for my company. Requirements for OpenEMR Development This document defines the minimum skills and tasks you must demonstrate to be considered ready for OpenEMR development. The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system implementation with a strong focus on Hexagon EAM. This role requires a balance of technical oversight, stakeholder engagement, and governance expertise to ensure successful delivery, integration, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Delivery Manage the full lifecycle of the EAM system implementation project (Hexagon EAM). Lead stakeholder engagement across diverse cross-functional teams. Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and change logs. Technical Oversight Ensure successful integration with GIS and work management systems. Oversee data migration, validation, and system configuration. Support testing, training, and go-live activities. Position Summary: Provide technical design, consultation, information and assistance to internal and external customers under direct supervision to insure that project complies with all engineering standards. The designer will work under the supervision of more senior engineers. Work will be completed in concert with the stated project requirements, all current codes, as well as Prime Electric Engineering Standards. Applicant will be responsible for designing, developing and producing permit and construction documents for electrical systems. Consulting experience with integration activities across several functional areas is desired and should include any of the following: operations, product, engineering, finance/acctg or human resources exposure. Industry exposure in telecommunications, broadband or cable industry is required knowledge for this role. Ability to be on site several days per week or travel to be on site in the Northeast. Strong experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Smartsheet are required. Proven knowledge of project management methodology such as Agile, scrum. Strong leadership, stakeholder, and management skills, including executive presence. Good knowledge of resource allocation procedures. Excellent oral and written communications skills to stakeholders including the ability to influence and negotiate. Ability to think critically and process information quickly, presenting a succinct and insightful format for executives. Strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills are desired.   Education/Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or similar PMP certification is desired MBA is a plus Compensation Sand Cherry Associates based in Denver, CO is required by state law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. This is a long term consulting engagement, with an hourly range of $80-90/hour on 1099 or adjusted commensurate salary on W2.
