We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager & AI Content Specialist to lead our digital marketing strategy and patient engagement initiatives. This full-time, in-person role is based in Jamaica, Queens, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing with expertise in social media strategy, campaign management, SEO/AIEO, and email marketing. Experience with AI tools for content creation and workflow efficiency is a key requirement for this role. Expertise in creating Agents & Agentic AI is a plus. The Marketing Manager will lead all digital initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and drive practice growth in an innovation-focused environment. Responsibilities • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns from concept through completion. • Drive growth for both primary care and medical aesthetics services by generating and converting patient leads • Develop engaging, high-quality content for web, social media, and email using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, image/video generators). • Manages social media, SEO/AIEO efforts, Google Ads campaigns, and analytics reporting to evaluate and improve performance. • Increase brand presence through coordinated multi-channel marketing strategies. • Collaborate with leadership on new digital projects, including iOS/Android/web app development utilizing AI tools such as Lovable, Famous AI, etc. • Establish the foundation for a marketing and AI-focused team. • Stay current with digital marketing best practices, industry standards, and healthcare compliance requirements. Qualifications • A minimum of 3+ years of digital marketing experience (healthcare industry preferred). • Experience using AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, prompt engineering, AI image/video tools). • Proficiency with digital design platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut or equivalent). • Experience in social media strategy, management, and SEO/AIEO. • Defining and monitoring KPIs to measure campaign performance and outcomes. • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. • Expert organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects. • Analytical mindset with research and problem-solving ability. • High attention to detail. • Ability to work in collaborative and independent contexts. Preferred (Bonus) Skills • Google Ads or Social Media Marketing certification. • Experience managing app development or digital product projects. • Background in B2B and B2C product, service, or SaaS marketing. • Familiarity with geo-targeted campaigns. • Proficiency in generative AI for SEO/AIEO.
