Responsibilities Set up Mis en Place according to Chef's guideline Complete station inventories and checklists Support Chef with all menu prep and execution Assist in producing Family Meal Follow Recipes and presentation standards set by chef High Standards for a clean, organized workstation Assists with keeping the kitchen clean Holds High Standards to keep an A-Grade from the DOH Skills & Requirements Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers Passion for food and a commitment to being clean & organized Strong Knife skills Ability to follow recipes without direct supervision to the Chefs Standards Multitasking skills Punctual Clear and Professional communication with colleagues at all times Have the ability to stand while working for long periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
