Butler was founded in 2016 and blends a high end pastry offering with a cozy neighborhood cafe vibe. With multiple locations in Williamsburg and Dumbo, the first Manhattan location opened in late 2021 in the heart of Soho. As the first point of contact for guests entering the cafe, we are seeking warm, friendly and engaging personalities to join our team. - Previous hospitality experience in a fast paced, quick service style food and beverage outlet is a must. - Experience with Square or similar POS systems is preferable. - Current New York Food Handlers Card is advantageous. In addition to the above requirements it is expected that cashier's are able to work efficiently under pressure in a cafe that consistently has a long line of guests. Cashiers must be courteous and clear in their communication to both guests and fellow team members, have the ability to multitask and keep a smile on their face at all times.
