Facilitate effective communication within the team and across departments, ensuring everyone works towards the same goals. Conduct regular meetings to review project status, gather feedback, and adjust plans as necessary. Lead the team in identifying and resolving challenges that arise during the design process. Make informed decisions quickly, balancing the need for timely action with thoughtful consideration. Ensure that the team maintains a strong focus on quality, from initial design through to final product testing. Champion innovative thinking, encouraging the exploration of new ideas and approaches that can enhance product design and performance. This is a hybrid-remote role, with the expectation to work from our San Francisco offices at least half-time.
