Looking for someone to fill my spare room that I’ve been using for storage (it’s a little messy but will be cleaned out before move in). Rent is $625 a month and includes water and garbage. Pge is separate. I work full time and I have a sweet pit bull (additional pets can be considered but do require a pet rent). Property comes with private parking lot, pool and onsite laundry. Looking for roommate to move in 11-1-2025
