$600 / 1br - Room for rent in small 3br apartment (Frederick)

Medium size room for rent in small 3br apartment. My 11 year old son and I occupy the other 2 rooms in the apartment. Shared bathroom wich is large with space for your own things. Shared kitchen and Shared entrance with own key. NO PETS. Looking for a female just because my son is not comfortable with another man in the house. Please have some sort of income that covers your $600 monthly share all utilities included. One designated parking space along side mine.
