Sunny unfurnished room and separate bathroom in single family home with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. We are in the North Berkeley Hills, close to UC Berkeley and Lawrence Hall of Science. We are also nearby in close commuting distance to the Northside part of Euclid where a whole block of restaurants like LaVal’s are nearby, Gourmet Ghetto neighborhood where the Cheeseboard & Peet’s Coffee are located as well as Downtown Berkeley. This community is in a safe neighborhood and quiet most of the time with occasional noise but nothing too much to complain about. Bedroom is 12’ x 14’, has access to large deck with shelves and closet space for clothes and such. With this, you also get access to the rest of the house such as the living room, additional living room, treadmill, center courtyard, and front yard with a garden that has a lemon tree and Mandarian orange tree. Laundry room (adjacent to bedrooms) which includes a washer and dryer is available for use as is the kitchen. We have a SubZero refrigerator that has plenty of space available. Additionally, we have a detached garage that gives you a space to park your car, bike, or electric scooter. Rent is $1,300/month payable on the first of every month and includes WiFi and utilities. Security deposit of $1,000 is required along with the rental agreement. We are looking for a long-term tenant at least a year. Ideally you are an entrepreneur, founder, student at UC Berkeley or a working professional. You would be living with a marketing analyst and retired risk management consultant. We also have an 8-year-old border collie who loves walks and meeting new friends. This is a no smoking household.
