THIS POSITION IS PULLING AN END DUMP TRAILER ON OUR LOCAL SCRAP METAL HAUL. YOU MAY BE DISPATCHED TO HAUL FROM MEDFORD INTO EUGENE OR PORTLAND. YOU ARE HOME EVERY NIGHT. ALL LOADS PAY THE DRIVER A FLAT RATE PER LOAD. AFTER 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR INCENTIVE PAY. OUR LOCAL END DUMP DRIVERS EARN $75-85,000 PER YEAR. YOU WILL AVERAGE 11 TO 12 HOUR DAYS, 5 DAYS PER WEEK. WE DO NOT WORK WEEKENDS. YOU WILL HAVE AN ASSIGNED TRUCK AND TRAILER.  $17-$18 per hour as base pay, commensurate with skills and experience. 
Pay is hourly for a full time work week of: Saturday through Wednesday 6am-2pm, including 1 hour mandatory paid lunch break during the day each day. Duties
 As Porter, you will report to the Managers and work with a team of real estate professionals. At other times, this position requires completing paperwork.
