Seeking Full-Time Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Driver Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years OTR Driving Experience (will consider 18 months if insurance approves) About the Role: We are seeking a dependable and experienced Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Driver to join our growing team. This is a long-haul driving position requiring extended time on the road, with routes covering multiple states. Our ideal candidate is a professional driver who is comfortable being away from home. Our ideal shift would be over the road for 8 days, returning home and taking two to three days off, and then heading back out on the road with a new load. We are committed to safety, punctuality, and efficiency. Pay rate is between $.35 to .50 per mile, we have constant freight and will require 3 round-trips per month as a non-negotiable term. As an owner-operator, you will be responsible for hauling various loads such as home goods, paper rolls, totes, and pallets. Your role will involve securing the load with locks and straps, performing regular vehicle inspections, planning routes, meeting delivery schedules, and maintaining accurate documentation of work and miles driven. We expect compliance with truck driving rules, regulations, and company policies.
