Full time 40 hours/week. Diagnostic (electrical and mechanical) experience a must. Experience with older (pre-2000) vehicles is a a huge plus. We service all makes: American, Asian, and European, from the 1920's through the mid 2000's. We are passionate about helping people with keeping their cars on the road, whether it's a Rolls Royce or beat up old Ford just to get someone to work. Qualified candidates need to be dependable, self-reliant, professional, have great problem solving and communication skills and a strong work ethic. We work together as a team, our primary goals are customer satisfaction and to enjoy our jobs while making that happen! MUST have a good assortment of tools and tool box. Minimum 3 years experience. Ability to inspect, diagnose, recommend and perform services and repairs. We offer paid holidays and sick pay (after 90 days) and 1 week vacation (after 1 year). This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities who can provide insightful analysis to support executive decision-making and drive the company's financial health and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes. Develop financial models to analyze performance, evaluate potential investments, and support strategic initiatives. Provide accurate and timely financial reports, variance analysis, and actionable insights to senior management. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met consistently. Coordinate and manage the annual audit process with external auditors. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements and tax filings. Thorough knowledge of corporate financial law, accounting principles, and risk management practices. In-depth experience with financial planning, modeling, and analysis. Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
