Pulling correct quantities of ingredients per the production plan. Strictly following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to ensure product safety and prevent contamination. Completing required production paperwork accurately. Cleaning and disinfecting mixing tools and work areas. What You'll Bring: HS Diploma or GED. The ability to lift 50 – 60 pounds regularly. Qualifications: • High School Diploma/GED preferred. • Fluent in English, both written and spoken • Experience in tea blending, food production, or a similar role is preferred. • Ability to understand and follow written instructions and recipes. • Strong attention to detail and quality. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to work any assigned shift, including second shift if needed. Physical Requirements: • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds. • Must be able to push and/or pull up to 50 pounds. • Must be able to continuously stand and/or walk for extended periods on concrete surfaces. • Ability to repeatedly kneel, bend, crouch, and/or stoop throughout the shift as needed.
