Logistics Supervisor/Shipping and Receiving (Tempe)

Alpha Dog Firearms is a proud, locally owned firearm retailer dedicated to providing top-tier products, expert knowledge, and responsible service to the firearms community. With the opening of our second location, we’re expanding our team and looking for a Shipping & Receiving Associate to help us keep operations running smoothly and securely. The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for handling all incoming and outgoing shipments, including firearms, ammunition, accessories, and merchandise. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organization, and strict adherence to ATF regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments (firearms, ammo, accessories, etc.) Log firearms into the A&D bound book and perform required ATF compliance tasks Accurately label and stock incoming inventory Package and ship outgoing orders with proper documentation Coordinate transfers and communicate with other FFL dealers as needed Maintain clean and organized shipping/receiving area Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts Report any discrepancies or damaged goods Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local firearm regulations Qualifications: Must be 21 years or older Must be legally eligible to handle firearms Prior experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse work preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with ATF and firearm transfer regulations a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic computer skills (inventory software, shipping platforms, etc.) Excellent organizational and communication skills Must pass background check Benefits: Competitive pay Employee discounts on firearms and gear Paid time off (PTO) Opportunities for advancement Positive, team-oriented work environment To Apply: Please send your resume and email to Adam at info@alphadogfirearmsaz.com
