Role Description AddVentures is seeking an experienced Work Site Project Manager for a contractual, full-time role during the duration of a major project in the Stamford, CT area. The Project Manager will be on-site daily, overseeing all aspects of the project, following engineers’ scopes of work, and ensuring quality control from start to finish. This position requires close coordination with our Hillburn, NY office, including weekly in-person check-ins. There is potential for a long-term opportunity following the successful completion of this project. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations at the Stamford, CT job site. Follow and execute the engineer’s scope of work with precision. Monitor and log all extras and unit costs used on the job. Ensure adherence to Golden Pledge warranty and installation standards. Maintain regular communication with the Hillburn, NY office and attend weekly in-office meetings. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders. Maintain site safety, quality control, and project timelines. Qualifications Several years of proven experience in the construction industry, with strong project management skills. In-depth knowledge of Golden Pledge warranty requirements and installation procedures. Strong understanding of construction processes and ability to read/interpret scopes of work. Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Reliable and self-motivated with excellent communication abilities. Based in the Stamford, CT area and able to work on-site full-time during the project. Ability to travel to Hillburn, NY once a week. Job Type Contract – Full Time (for the duration of the project) Potential opportunity for permanent full-time employment after project completion.
