Underdeck Installer (MN)

Role Description Looking for contract 1099 installers for under deck installation located in Minneapolis, MN. Works is primarily on the western half of the Twin Cities, we cover the whole metro. Installer will be responsible for installing and maintaining underdeck systems while ensuring its seamless performance. Qualifications: Prior experience in construction, finish carpentry, steel siding, gutter installation, or a similar field is preferred. Ability to read and understand basic drawings and designs. Basic fractional math to calculate drainage slopes Ability to supply and use hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve on-site - 80% consistent routine; 20% creative problem solving. Excellent communication and customer service skills, including the ability to explain details clearly. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to meet project deadlines. Must be physically fit to go up and down ladders to a 8-10 ft work height. This outdoor seasonal work does not involve heavy lifting, a loud or smelly work environment, and generally is at the back of a beautiful home. Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
