Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain water and wastewater treatment plants, including pumps, valves, motors, filters, tanks, and related equipment. Monitor and control treatment processes through computer systems (SCADA) and manual inspections. Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with the public and other departments. Meter Reading, installation and all meter service related processes for consumption. Qualifications: Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical training in water/wastewater treatment preferred. South Carolina LLR licensing preferred.
