Handyman Technician – South Austin (My Favorite Handyman) Are you a skilled handyman who takes pride in your work, communicates well, and enjoys helping homeowners with their projects? My Favorite Handyman is looking for a well-rounded Handyman Technician to join our team and cover jobs in South Austin. We already serve the North area and regularly get requests in the South that we’ve been declining—now we want to bring the right person on board to handle these projects in-house. What We’re Looking For: Strong problem-solving skills and a professional, customer-friendly attitude Reliable transportation and your own set of tools Experience required in: Installing interior & exterior doors Painting (prep & finish) Carpentry (repairs & small builds) Bonus skills: Drywall repair, flooring, and tile installation $25–$35/hr depending on skill and efficiency.
