Role Overview The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role bridges the gap between clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and field crews—managing schedules, budgets, site operations, and communication. Qualifications -7+ years of residential construction project management experience (high-end preferred), with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. -Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, codes, sequencing, and Bay Area Building practices. -Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and complex scopes of work. -Skilled in reading and executing complex architectural plans. -Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. -Proficiency with project management software (Buildertrend or similar). -Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. -OSHA certification preferred. -Must currently reside in Bay Area. Looking for a well qualified HVAC Mechanic for Replacement, Service amd Maintance of HVAC system including Heat Pumps, Gas Furnaces, AC Condensors and Residential Duct systems. Pay will be based upon experience and License (Md State Journeymen License) ranging from 35-45 for qualified mechanics. Company benefits are a take home vehicle, Paid Vacation and paid holidays.
