Dryfast Property Restoration LLC is one of the largest restoration companies in San Francisco. As a General Building Contractor specializing in property restoration from fire, water, mold and structural defect damage, our goal is to find effective restoration solutions and bring our clients back to normal. We are looking for people to join our team and grow with us. Our ideal candidate is hard working, a team player, consistent in showing up on time and prepared and able to do a quality job. Performing equipment checks, being in an on call rotation for after hours jobs. This position will be 40 hrs/week and overtime when needed plus a rotating on-call schedule with after-hours bonuses. Job Duties Include: Must be available while on-call for emergencies Must be capable of lifting over 50 lbs. Basic demolition and cleanup as needed Work as a team member and follow set protocols Learn proper use and setup of drying equipment Maintain professionalism throughout all processes Requirements Include: Ability to handle a fast-paced high-pressure environment while remaining professional! Recent water mitigation or drywall repair experience a big plus but not required Must be able and willing to pass a background check Current IICRC Certifications a big plus but not required Have reliable transportation and valid drivers license Must be able to be on call and respond to after hours work when it is your shift Job Benefits: - Sick pay - Professional development and training assistance - 401K offered with company match after 3 months of employment.
