Grinder for production/manufacturing company located in West Hialeah. Need a person that know how to grind welds smooth on metal parts. If you are good with your hands we can possibly train you. Must know how to use grinders, oribital sanders, and have experience with manual sanding and polishing techniques on stainless steel, aluminum and steel . Preparing welded areas for painting. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll oversee maintenance staff, coordinate repairs, manage vendors, and help keep all building systems operating at peak performance. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Supervise daily janitorial operations. • Perform routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and common areas to identify issues or hazards. • Assist with scheduling preventive maintenance and minor repairs for equipment. • Oversee vendors and contractors performing on-site services and projects (upon request). • Maintain facility records, inspection logs, and safety documentation. • Support emergency response and storm preparedness plans as needed. • Work closely with the Facilities Manager to implement operational goals and capital improvements. • Ensure all work complies with OSHA, ADA, and local safety regulations. ________________________________________ Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in facility maintenance or property operations (retail, hospitality, or commercial property preferred). • Strong knowledge of building systems and janitorial tools/procedures. • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus. • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills. • Ability to lift/move equipment and be on feet for extended periods. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable due to the diverse tenant and visitor population.
