For Cleaning Crew Managers 1.) Bilingual 2.) 3 Plus Years in cleaning 3.) Reliable Transportation 4.) EXCELLENT Communication 5.) Quick run down of accounts each week 6.) Pick Up Checks as needed 7.) Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills. A proactive approach to identifying areas that require cleaning or maintenance. Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members.
