What You’ll Do: 🔹 Clear sidewalks and walkways with shovels, snowblowers, and specialized equipment. 🔹 Apply de-icing materials to prevent slippery surfaces. 🔹 Perform preventative equipment checks before each use. 🔹 Maintain and clean vehicles, tools, and job sites. 🔹 Report any equipment issues immediately to the Crew Lead. 🔹 Stay on-call during snow events – when winter hits, we hit back! What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Physically Strong & Ready to Work – Must lift 50 lbs. independently and 80 lbs. with assistance. ✔️ Reliable & On-Time – Our team depends on you! ✔️ Quick Learner & Problem-Solver – Can operate snow removal equipment efficiently. ✔️ Safety-Focused – Knows how to follow protocols and use proper gear. ✔️ Team Player – Works well with others and follows instructions.
