You’ll work closely with the operations team to ensure products are handled efficiently, safely, and accurately. This is a hands-on role in a startup environment, so flexibility, initiative, and teamwork are key. Responsibilities • Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments. • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and care. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse space. • Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies. • Assist in process improvements to increase efficiency. • Operate warehouse equipment. • Support special projects or operational needs as the startup grows. Requirements • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred, but not required. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Comfortable using basic technology (inventory software, scanners, etc.). • Team player with a proactive, “startup mindset.” • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
