POSITION SUMMARY: Tablet Press Operator will set up, maintain, and run capsule machine. Operator will also be responsible for recording logs every 30 minutes, submitting samples to QC for approval, and for capsule quality. Capsule operator must not leave machine unattended while machine is running. Product quality to be checked at start up and after breaks. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Set up press with floor supervisor. Verify correct punches are used and in good order. Feed material to hopper to run press. Verify correct blend is being used. Bring samples to QC for approval. During run, controls for weights, thickness, and hardness are taken and recorded into a log every 30 minutes. Responsible for keeping a log for every break, change in operator, and machine being stopped. Monitor tablets coming off punch and dropped into container. Responsible for tablet quality. Must remain at machine while machine is running. Responsible for machine’s routine maintenance and cleaning by following SOP instructions. Responsible for taking samples from beginning, middle, and end of run and recording on log. Label containers with correct information as described on batch ticket. Work area must be kept in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Remove all trash at the end of the shift and clean room thoroughly. Keep current equipment use and cleaning log. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS: Critical Operating Relationships: QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma or GED Experience: Preferred experience in nutraceutical or solid dosage manufacturing. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to bend, stretch, and stand for extended time intervals during work shift Must have good oral communication skills to be able to complete work tasks as instructed Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English SHIFT: 130pm to 930pm Monday to Friday

Looking for someone to help weed whack 3 days a week 20-30hr a week and the occasional landscaping job which the pay goes up to 25/hr. Now that we are near the end of the season it won’t be 3 days a week but I can get you 15-20hours a week. If you do not have at least 2 years experience weed whacking please do not waste my time you wouldn’t believe how many have said that and can’t turn the machine on. Strong, happy people needed to help at our Pumpkin Patch this October! Shifts available everyday between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Flexible hours. Most people choose 2-4 hour shifts for 3-4 days a week. All work is outdoors and involves physical labor such as lifting pumpkins and hay bales, cleaning animal stalls, and tending to various needs of the plants, animals, and people on the farm. We have a wide variety of farm animals including piglets, goats, sheep, ponies, ducklings, chickens, and rabbits... all of which need tending. And lots and lots of pumpkins to move around. You could start right away if you're available. We close on October 31, so that's the last day of work. The farm is located just west of Davis on the corner of Covell and CR 98.
