We’re looking for Concrete professionals with at least 5 years experience in flatwork, foundations, curb and gutter, and more. The right candidate will bring precision, reliability, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-moving environment. Duties • Prepare and level surfaces for concrete pouring by using hand tools and other equipment. • Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications. • Finish concrete surfaces using various techniques using rake, shovel, hand or power troweling, power screed, floats, • Install forms, rebar, and other material for concrete structures and ensure proper alignment and stability. • Apply caulking and sealant as needed to protect finished surfaces. • Chip, scrape, and grind high spots, ridges, and rough projections to finish concrete using pneumatic chisels, power grinders, etc. • Free hand ramp, curb & gutter. Requirements • Have at least 5 consecutive years of concrete finishing experience!! And provide verifiable work history. • Able to fluently speak, read, and write in English. Position Responsibilities: Remove spent filters from booths and replace with new filters according to filter specifications. Remove coating from internal surfaces of paint booths and reapply materials. Sweep and shovel debris from the booths. Dispose of paint booth residue Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Remove paint overspray from pit/exhaust systems Sand paint from interior walls/surfaces Comply with safety policies and procedures. Operate power tools and other equipment safely. Provide additional support as needed. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Communication Skills - Excellent verbal communication skills. Customer Service - Strong customer service orientation.
