Requirements: Experience as doorman or concierge in a high end building is a requirement! Availability to work evenings, overnights and weekends is a must! Previous experience working in a high-end customer service environment. Willing to greet and acknowledge all residents and announce all visitors and manage packages in a professional manner. Duties: Greeting all residents and visitors. Provide resident services including but not limited to: package handling and dry cleaning acceptance and retrieval. Must have excellent customer service skills and be capable of performing duties in a professional manner. Must be able to work mornings, nights, overnights and weekends. We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk to type information into our database from paper documents. The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. You will report to a data manager or another senior data team member. Understanding of data confidentiality principles is compulsory. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.
