Looking for passionate and experienced Servers that have a love for hospitality. About Us:  Kubeh is a restaurant in the West Village, that's one of a kind in NYC, actually unique in the entire US. Kubeh celebrates authentic dishes from Israel, Iraq, Syria and Kurdistan. Kubeh has gotten wonderful praise by NY Magazine, Infatuation, NPR and much more. Kubeh is on the Michelin Bib Gourmand list every year. The restaurant format is many shared small plates, emulating the experience of dining at a Middle Eastern family's home in which there's a huge spread to taste from. The highlight of the restaurant is Kubeh, a sort of Middle Eastern thick dumpling. Melanie Shurka, the executive chef brings forth traditional Middle Eastern dishes as well as innovative variations to the guests. Many vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free dishes. We are currently looking for motivated, friendly, and experienced servers to join our amazing growing team. At Kubeh we all work hard and together to provide top notch quality service in a warm cozy environment. About You: - Minimum of 2 years as a Server in NYC restaurant industry - Passionate about high quality service in a friendly environment - You're interest in unique foods and love to talk about them with your guests. - You have excellent knowledge of wine, beer and liquor and you love to sell! - Work well under pressure - you live for challenge and change! - You're a hard worker and a great team player. - You have a great sense of humor, know how to be light, great attitude and professional demeanor. This is a neighborhood spot and we love to get to know our regulars, so this is the kind of place that we want you to be you. - You have an open and flexible schedule. Must be available weekends. Part-Time and Full-Time candidates should apply. - Knowledge of Middle Eastern food is a bonus.
