Address team member issues in the moment, give constructive feedback, & document occurrences to review with leadership teams. Maintain ServSafe Manager certification for food & alcohol. Supervisory Responsibilities: The Retail Service Supervisor works with and reports to the Director of Service & Training to ensure that all company goals & objectives are inspiring & achievable for the team. You will spend roughly 20% of your time as a process manager & 80% of their time as a people manager. A good process that is followed by all sets expectations for the entire team & the person in this position will use our standard operating procedures as a guideline for giving kind & constructive feedback to other team members. Qualifications for the Job: To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty properly.
